Expertly crafted from New Zealand Wool.

Keep your wool rug soft, plush, and beautiful with simple, consistent care. Wool is a natural fiber, so gentle maintenance is more important than frequent deep cleaning.
Routine Care
Vacuum twice a week using medium suction and a soft-bristle attachment.
Brush gently in the direction of the pile to remove surface dust and pet hair.
During humid or rainy seasons, close windows and use air conditioning or a dehumidifier to help prevent floor moisture.
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight; close sheer curtains when needed to help reduce fading.
Use a dust-mite spray twice a month. Allow it to sit for 5–10 minutes before vacuuming.
Pet Hair & Pet Stains
Lightly brush with the pile to lift loose fur and dust.
Vacuum along textured areas and between fibers for a deeper clean.
Treat pet stains promptly to help keep the rug clean and fresh.
Scuffed or Darkened Edges
Wrap a mild bar of soap in a soft cloth or washcloth.
Gently wipe the affected area to remove surface marks.
For regular care, use a wool-specific dry-cleaning solution to help protect the fibers.
Fresh Coffee or Beverage Spills
Do not rub back and forth—this can spread the stain and push liquid deeper into the fibers.
Blot: Press a clean paper towel or dry towel onto the spill to absorb excess liquid.
Clean: Shake wool-rug cleaner well, spray evenly onto the stain, and let it sit for 2–5 minutes.
Wipe with the pile: Use a damp towel to gently wipe in the direction of the pile.
Blot dry: Press with a dry towel to absorb moisture and allow the area to dry naturally.
Remember: Blot → Clean → Wipe with the pile → Blot dry.
For dried or large stains, test any cleaner in an inconspicuous area first. Professional cleaning is recommended when needed.
Curled Rug Corners
Place an ice pack on the curled area to help relax the wool fibers.
Blot away moisture with a dry towel.
Gently press and smooth the pile in its natural direction.
Allow the area to dry completely before use.
